Professional 5 level convection oven – functional and economical
The convection oven has a fan that ensures a rapid temperature increase. Even temperature distribution in the oven is achieved by convection. The unit has double-glazed doors and reinforced thermal insulation. Temperature control with thermostat 0-270 °C, fan and 3 cooking grates, as well as 1 baking sheet, removable plate holders in 5 levels (1 drop tray and 4 cooking levels).
The stove is additionally equipped with a timer, max. 120 min. It also has a quartz salamander, a ventilated cake oven and defrost functions.
Roller Grill convection ovens are used for cooking and heating:
- confectionery (croissants, chocolate rolls),
- baked goods,
- ready meals (lasagne, baked potatoes), fresh, frozen or heated and ready-to-bake snacks (puff pastry, pizzas, quiche, etc.).
