SmartCook convection oven with steam function<\/strong><\/h3>\n

A combi-steam oven<\/strong> is a convection oven, but it also has a chamber steaming function. Combination steam ovens, like convection ovens, can be used for baking, blanching, steaming, as well as low-temperature cooking and baking.<\/p>\n

The Stalgast SmartCook combi steamer<\/strong> is made of high quality stainless steel. This makes it resistant to mechanical damage and non-reactive with food. The device is controlled by a touchscreen<\/strong> and has LED lighting<\/strong> inside the camera. The oven features Steam Control, Clima Control, Multicook, All on Time and DeltaT.
